Modern Medical Laboratory Journal publishes fully open access journals, which means that all articles are available on the internet to all users immediately upon publication. Non-commercial use and distribution in any medium is permitted, provided the author and the journal are properly credited.

The article, as soon as it has been published, is rendered open access and everyone can reach it without any payment. Mod Med Lab J does not demand or request any page charges, article processing charges (APC), nor article submission costs.
